(Born on 11 Feb., 1953) A President laureate linguist and creative writer, have been awarded 12 International and National awards for valuable contribution in the field of Journalism and Mass communication, language teaching, l a n g u a g e t e c h n o l o g y a n d computational linguistics.
Author of 38 Books. 70 Scholars are awarded Ph.D. degree under his supervision.
Has teaching experience of more than 37 years at University level.
He has been selected for the post of Visiting Professor at Charles University, Prague and Johannes Gutenberg University of Mainz, Germany on deputation by the I.C.C.R. (Govt. of India) for Long term Chair on deputation.
Visited several times to Mauritius, England, U.S.A., Trinidad-Tubbago, France, Nepal.
He is Former Professor & Director of K.M. Munshi Institute of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University, Agra (2003- 2015) Professor & Head deptt. o f Hindi & Modern Indian Languages at Garhwal University (1978-2003) He has also been worked as H.O.D., Dean Arts, Dean Academic, Registrar, Coordinator of UP. CPMT (2005), O.S.D. (Examinations) etc.

Welcome!
At the very onset, I am prompted to quote Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam “Learning gives creativity, Creativity leads to thinking, Thinking provides knowledge, Knowledge makes you great”. Being the founder Vice-Chancellor of this University, it is a matter of great pride and consolation that the University has successfully entered into its 2nd year of its age. I would fully utilize all my energies, experience and potentials to make this University a great seat of learning.
Our focus would be on academic excellence and would try that the University may prove its distinction imparting quality education, learning, research and other academic activities. The University currently offers various on-campuses programmes in various disciplines including engineering, management, sciences, pharmacy, education, physical education, arts and humanities, social sciences etc., nearby one dozen Ph.D. programmes plus offering PG Diploma programmes in different fields. We would not halt here and would try to expand the sphere of academic activities by launching more new disciplines in emerging sciences.
Indeed, I am content and feel proud of my dedicated team members for their candid collaboration and support and also feel indebted to patronage of Hon'ble Dr. Sukesh Kumar ji, the Chancellor of J.S. University for putting this University on the way of success.
